Q. How do I get my money?
A. Once a mission you submitted is approved, you'll be notified that money has been deposited in your ENDVR account. From there, simply click "cash-out" and you'll receive your transfer within 2 business days via PayPal.
Q. How long does it take for a mission to be approved?
A. Well, that depends! Some missions may be short and approval will happen quickly. Others may last longer, and approval won't happen until the mission ends.
Q. Is there a minimum to withdraw?
A. Not really (well, OK...$1). This is your money, so whether you want to withdraw $1 or $500, it's up to you!
Q. Do I need a PayPal account before using ENDVR?
A. No! When you make your first withdraw, you'll be prompted by e-mail to create one if you don't have one already.
Q. What do I do if someone joins my store, and I don't think they work here (or I know they don't!)
A. Great question! ENDVR is exclusively available for people who work in retail. So if you see someone that shouldn't be there, simply go to the "colleague" page from your profile, select the inappropriate user, flag them and let us know why. We'll then take the necessary steps to remove them. Let's keep ENDVR exclusive!
Q. Can I follow brands my store doesn't sell?
A. Unfortunately not! Brands will only approve authorized dealers of their product. That said, if there are other brands you'd like to see using ENDVR, we'd love an intro! Please e-mail us at
Q. Can retailers use ENDVR too?
A. Of course! As a retailer, your largest employee base is your store employees. We help you leverage that asset by turning them into promoters of your business, and a source of data to help more effectively run your stores.
Q. How do I know the users following me actually work in retail?
A. Great question! First-off, you have complete control of what stores (and employees) can follow your brand and access your missions. If you don't approve a store (or block one later), employees at that store can no longer access your missions.
Secondly, the value of our product is the quality of our users, so we incentivize our network of retail employees to self-police their store. Should someone attempt to join who doesn't work there, they'll be flagged by actual employees & removed by ENDVR.
Q. Are there up-front professional service fees for using ENDVR?
A. No, this is a pay as you go service. ENDVR only takes a small commission upon the successful completion of missions, or when a sale is made through the platform.
