1. Acceptance & Eligibility:

 

By participating in the ENDVR Retailer Referral Program, hereinafter referred to as "the Program," referrers agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility Criteria: 

 

To be eligible to participate in the Program, referrers must meet the following criteria:

a. Must be 18 years or older and a resident of the US or Canada.

b. Must send an initial meeting invitation and be in attendance for the discovery meeting with the Retailer and an ENDVR account executive.

c. The referred Retailer must sign a Retailer Partnership service agreement within 12 months of the initial introduction.

d. Duplicate prospects will be accepted in the order they are received. e. In the event that two people from the same company target the same retailer, the incentive can be split.

3. Referral Fees & Incentives:

 

Referrers are eligible for the following referral fees and incentives:

a. A Referral Fee payment is available for each qualified prospect introduction that results in a fully executed ENDVR subscription contract.

b. $500 for Tier 1 Retail Partners (over 20 retail locations).

c. $250 for Tier 2 Retail Partners (over 10 retail locations).

4. Execution of Payment:

 

Referral Fee payments will be delivered under the following conditions:

a. Payment will be issued following the referred retailer's signing of the service agreement with ENDVR.

b. The referred retailer's ENDVR account must be populated with managers and sales associates.

By participating in the Program, referrers acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. ENDVR reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, for any reason.

Referrers will be notified of any changes to the Program.
